The Hillsborough River is a defining feature in our community as it winds its way through Hillsborough County and into Tampa Bay.  The river is a primary water source for the residents of Tampa.  City and County parkland covers a significant portion of the river shoreline as flows through the city.  The river is a boundary for most of the "heights" neighborhoods.  To learn more about the efforts of the friends of the river, click the image of their logo.
